Stars applicants can attend any accredited college or university in the United States, therefore students who attend a school not list under the Matching Program are automatically processed under the General Program.
Stars funds 100% of the scholarships under the General Program therefore does not consult the school when selecting recipients.
Recipients under the General Program benefit from the program in that they are not bound to the school of choice and may transfer without changes to their award offer.
Funds available for the General Program are solely dependent on the amount of funds raised during our annual Extravaganzas.
