In an effort to assist our applicants in completing their applications, we are compiling a list of schools (with links) that provide Secure Electronic PDF transcripts to students. If you are able to request a Secure Electronic PDF transcript that you do.

All Secure Electronic PDF should be emailed to:

And select “Employer or Other” option

Log onto the secure online transcript order system using your EID to place and confirm your order. More Info

Official PDF transcripts may only be ordered by students via Howdy. Official PDF transcripts sent to an email recipient via a secure message through Proofpoint Encryption are sent three times daily (8 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m.). If a student orders an official PDF transcript in Howdy after a particular delivery time the transcript will be processed (in most cases) during the next available processing time. More info

Texas State University has contracted Credentials Inc. to accept and process transcript orders over the Internet.

To request your official UTSA academic transcript, all students (current and prior) must create an account first. More Info

Requests should be made via your Blue & Gold account. More info

Select “Order Transcript” and proceed with request via National Student Clearinghouse

And select “Employer or Other” option

EPCC Does Not provide Secure PDF Transcripts. EPCC has instructed our applicants to print and fill out the attached form. Due to the situation, they will be accepting the form via email.

Please follow these instructions:

• Please print and fill out the request form provided in link below.
• Scan or take a picture of the form and email it back to Ms. Laura Anguiano in the Registrars office at: languia2@epcc.edu (CC: to admissions@epcc.edu )
• Along with this form filled out, you will need to send a picture or copy of your ID and include your 800 student ID number or SSN or DOB, so EPCC can locate you in their file.

We will accept the transcript form EPCC past the deadline if ALL other documents are submitted by the deadline.
